As summer winds down and autumn looms, it's time once again to take a look back at our performance over the past month.

The company's on-time delivery (OTD) rate for August 2024 was 100 per cent. All of last month's work was completed on time, with zero missed deadlines.
'Right First Time' Quality
100% in August 2024
We use the 'right first time' (RFT) metric to minimise waste throughout our organisation and ensure that the services we provide are of a consistently high quality. Our RFT rate for August 2024 was 100 per cent.
Customer Satisfaction
100% in August 2024
We also achieved 100 per cent customer satisfaction in August. Our clients know that they can always rely on the TSS team to meet expectations.
